What: Partner visas are available for partners of Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens. If you are in a genuine, exclusive relationship with an Australian, you may be eligible for a Partner visa.
How:

Four Areas of Importance for a parent visa to be successful
– Parent of a citizen or permanent resident, who has spent at least two (2) years living in Australia “ the resident “Settled” rule”
– Balance of the family test to be scrutinised (at least half of the applicants’ children and step-children must be citizens or permanent Residents in Australia)
– Assurance of Support (AoS) is a promise to pay back any income support provided to the visa holder during their initial stay in Australia.

Visa Classes on Offer for Parents:
There are currently four streams of visas available for you
Contributory Stream:
– SC.143 – Contributory Parent Visa (Permanent Visa, single Application)
* Suitable for parents between the age of 55 – 65
– SC.173 – Onshore contributory Visa (Temporary Visa with pathway to Permanent residency onshore by apply for 143 at a reduced rate)
* Suitable for any young parents, which is considering to move to Australia weather it’s to start a new business, life or just to change the environment
– SC.864 – Onshore Contributory Parent Visa
* If you are 66 years of age or older, we may help you to lodge a visa onshore
Non-Contributory Stream:
– SC.103 – Parent Visa (Offshore)
* suitable for young parents, who is in no urgent need to arrive in Australia as you are still working, get an invitation from us to secure your future.
– SC.803 – Aged Parent Visa (Onshore)
* Suitable for parents whom have recently retired or have turned the age of 66+ (Pension age in Australia please refer to table above)
– SC870 – Sponsored Parent Visa
* Suitable for parents whom is only wishing to come to Australia for up to 10 years, to enjoy the food, weather, and children’s company.
